We usually have carrotts,swede,peas,sprouts,brocoli and cauliflower.There are 6 of us having dinner together same as last year so i decided to put meat,mashed potato,roast pots and yorkshire pud on each plate then all the veg were put in dishes on table for everyone to help themselves.It was much quicker than putting everything on all the plates.

I must have been asked what do vegans eat for Christmas dinner a thousand times. So I always give the same answer: mashed potatoes, roast potatoes, stuffing, Yorkshire puddings, brussels sprouts, veggie sausages, etc, etc, etc. It’s probably one of the easiest meals to veganise!.
